Civil Engineering Club Volunteering

As part of ASCE’s Engineering Club program, volunteers are needed to work with 7th and 8th graders during one-hour monthly sessions throughout the 2024-2025 school year. This year, we are exploring CITIES OF THE FUTURE through diverse hands-on activities.
Instructions and supplies will be provided. You can choose to attend only one session

Multi-Region Leadership Conference (MRLC)

Our Section is hosting a number of events over the two day conference where approximately 300 people will be attending. We are looking for prospective sponsors to assist the Section in hosting successful events for the conference participants.

2025 GBE and CEOY Awards
In 1977, the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Section agreed to establish the G. Brooks Earnest Technical Lecture Award to express the Section's appreciation of the life-long services of G. Brooks Earnest. In addition, this Award commemorates the service he has given to the profession and especially his leadership and inspiration in the education of Engineers.
The Cleveland Section’s Outstanding Civil Engineer of the Year Award is a commendation to recognize the work of a Civil Engineer living within the boundaries of the Cleveland Section for their contributions to furthering the recognition of Civil Engineers through their work or prominence in the Community. The Recipient must be a member of ASCE, but not necessarily a member of the Cleveland Section.
